  • 24×7 expert consultation via call or remote access

Because our services involve the immediate delivery of expert time, knowledge, and technical assistance, they are considered rendered and consumed at the time of delivery.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our consultation and technical support services, all payments made to My Wifi Ext Info are non-refundable. Once a service session has been initiated or completed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all service types including:

  • One-time setup or troubleshooting sessions
  • Monthly or annual managed support plans
  • Any paid consultation or remote assistance service

3. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Our no-refund policy exists because:

  • Technical expertise, time, and resources are committed and delivered at the start of each session
  • Consultation services cannot be returned unlike physical products

4. Exceptions

A refund may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • You were charged twice for the same service due to a billing error on our end
  • A service session was never initiated despite successful payment, and you notify us within 24 hours

5. Chargebacks and Disputes
